Cancellations and refunds
Last updated 1 October 2026
Cuzo is free to use. Paid plans, where offered, are monthly subscriptions you can cancel at any time. This page explains how.
Cancelling
- Cancel from Account → Plans in the app, at any time. It takes one tap and needs no email or phone call.
- You can also cancel the AutoPay mandate from your UPI app or bank, or, if you pay with PayPal, the automatic payment in your PayPal account. We treat either exactly like cancelling in the app.
- Either way, you are not charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that you move to the free plan, and all your data stays as it was.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. In India, your bank or UPI app sends you a notice before each renewal, as Reserve Bank of India rules require. Plans paid with PayPal show their next charge in your PayPal account.
Refunds
We give a full refund when:
- you were charged after you cancelled;
- you were charged twice for the same period; or
- you were charged in error, or for a plan you could not use because of a fault on our side.
Otherwise, payments are not refunded for a partly used month, because cancelling already stops every future charge. Free months, whether from a trial or from inviting friends, never involve a charge.
If we stop offering a paid feature you have paid for, we refund the unused part of your current period.
How to ask for a refund
Write to team@cuzo.app within 30 days of the charge, from the email on your account, with the date and amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Delivery
Cuzo is an online service. A paid plan unlocks in your account as soon as payment succeeds. Nothing is shipped.
